These terms govern your use of WA Contacts Extractor, its website, and related account and subscription services. By using the extension, you agree to these terms.

What the extension does

WA Contacts Extractor organizes contact information made available in your active WhatsApp Web session. You can filter contacts from chats, groups, business labels, or country calling codes and export selected results to supported file formats.

The extension cannot recover deleted data or information that WhatsApp Web has not loaded or made available to the current session. Features may require updates when WhatsApp Web changes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the extension only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
• Obtaining any consent required before exporting, storing, contacting, or otherwise processing another person's data.
• Following privacy, anti-spam, marketing, employment, and data-protection laws that apply to you.
• Securing exported files and your account credentials.

You may not use the service to harass people, send unlawful bulk messages, evade platform restrictions, collect data without authorization, interfere with the extension, or bypass plan limits.

Accounts and plans

Some features require sign-in. You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. The Free plan and paid plans may have different per-export limits or features, as shown in the extension or on this website.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the available billing-management flow. Price or plan changes apply prospectively and will be disclosed before they take effect.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete extraction, or compatibility with every WhatsApp Web account or interface version. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, legal compliance, and compatibility.

Intellectual property

The extension, website, branding, and original software are owned by ExtensionDesk or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of that software. You retain responsibility for the data you export.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed. Contact extraction and export-file generation occur locally in the browser; account and subscription services are separate.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, is threatening service security, is abusing plan limits, or is materially violating these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. ExtensionDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from exported data, account restrictions, service changes, or third-party platforms.

Independence from WhatsApp

WA Contacts Extractor is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner.
